Spiros Fotinos
Chef
Born and raised in Corfu, a place full of opportunities in hospitality and food serving services, Chef Spiros has over a decade of experience in 4* and 5* star hotels and restaurants. He began his training in 2005 and has certified advanced professional culinary, baking and pastry skills. He has been trained to meet the international ISO and HACCP standards of food safety management.
He is a dough enthusiast and shares the passion for well-cooked traditional food and the eagerness to provide as many people as possible with this extraordinary tasting experience.

Ioanna Fotinou
Chef
Chef Ioanna is a certified cooking art technician and specializes in traditional Greek and Italian cuisine. Her training includes among others, menu composition, table decoration and styling, and covers every aspect of the process of food preparation and serving. She has ten years of experience in restaurants and hotels, mostly in Corfu but also in Halkidiki. She has worked both as a chef and a pastry chef.
Her artistic nature enriches the creativity involved in every step of the gastronomic journey!
